NEXT-MIND FAMILY
A 4-hour experience that helps families understand how the mind shapes relationships, decisions, and the future they create together.
For families with parents and children age 12+. The session introduces the Playground of the Mind and shows how each family member’s thinking influences the shared life of the family.
Part 1: The SCANNER
How We Perceive the World. Help families understand that everyone sees reality differently. Perception is not reality — it is filtered reality.
Part 2: The STORYTELLER
How Our Imagination Shapes Our Experience. The mind constantly creates stories about what things mean. Two people can experience the same situation and imagine very different meanings. Create your Family Vision Board - your Family Story. Your family begins to create a shared future story. The story your family tells about the future shapes the life your family will live.
Part 3: The PATH PICKER
What We Focus On Expands. Attention is the steering wheel of the mind.
Families often drift because they never decide what game they want to play together. What game is our family playing right now? What game do we want to play together?
Part 4: The AUTOPILOT
How Self-Talk Shapes Reality. Most of our daily behaviour runs automatically.
Our inner dialogue creates our external reality. Families become aware that language programs the family autopilot.
Part 5: The Power of a DECISION
Everything changes when a family decides:
Who we want to become
What we want to create together
How we want to support each other
Each family leaves with:
A Family Vision Board
A shared understanding of how the mind works
